October 7, 2018 at 9:29 pmJust returned from a visit to London. Love your list, wish we had have had time to visit some of your recommendations. While we didn’t get to the Ivy, we did go to the Ivy Cafe with friends and had an excellent meal.

October 7, 2018 at 9:45 amWhat a wonderful list Scarlett! Now I know where to look when I need a restaurant recommendation. You’ve got a few of my proper old favourites here as well as lots that I haven’t tried.

September 27, 2018 at 1:27 pmThis post is right up my alley, Scarlett 🙂 Some of my favourites too – love Petersham Nurseries in Richmond (have not eaten at their new Covent Garden restaurant yet) and the River Cafe has been on my list of places to visit for such a long time! Great list of restaurants!

September 26, 2018 at 9:06 pmOhhhhh yes!!! This is just what a foodie like me loves to read about!!! Clearly you have great taste (but I already knew that). A few of my favorites are mentioned too – but you forgot Nordic restaurants 😉 May I suggest Aquavit? You will love it! My parents in law are coming this weekend and they want fish and chips. Any suggestions on which one to choose near our hood?

September 26, 2018 at 11:07 pmI’ve never been to a Nordic restaurant in London, Louise. And as you’re the expert, I imagine Aquavit is definitely worth trying! I know it’s not local but why don’t you take them to a pub on the river? The City Barge in Kew is fantastic. Scarlett x
